Penn Jersey Paper Co. Acquires City Supply Company, Inc.

June 1, 2009 – Penn Jersey Paper Co. Acquires certain assets of City Supply Company. City Supply is a broad line distributor of products for the restaurant, hospitality, institutional, and resort industries.

City Supply Co. will continue to operate under its own banner, and Sanford Leavy will continue to operate as GM over this division. PJP will continue its high level of customer service during this transition period and customers should not experience any service or delivery issues.

The acquisition on City Supply Co. will allow PJP to expand their service area and product offering.
